New: Tees @ GearShift

GearShift has lately gotten to be one of my favorite places to look for casual clothes that are fresh, original, high quality, and a good value.  Designer Donovan Brennen has a great eye for color and form, and his designs are always eye-catching and just fun to look at.  His new collection of ten tees is done on a realistic new shirt template that he has been working on.  Each shirt in the collection is unique, and the set gives you a variety of color and design options.  All ten are pictured below, but here I’m showcasing just a few of my favorites.  This design is called “Soul Spy.”  At first the image seems entirely abstract, with no hint of a human face, but look at it for a moment and–you get it.

The name of this design is “Sand Fruit.”  You can see how the shading gives some nice definition to the chest, and the cloth folds have good realism.  The rolled-hem collar is a really great touch.

This final design is called “One Way.”  I love the strong, bright colors and bold graphics on this one.  I had a hell of a time deciding which shirt designs to feature here, as they’re all equally striking.  See below for Donovan’s ad art for the whole collection, then run by GearShift and pick out your favorites!  Don’t be surprised if you have the same problem I did and you can’t stop clicking until you’ve bought all ten.  ;)  Each shirt in the collection is priced at L$50 and includes both tucked and untucked versions.
