New: Sh*t Kicker Boots @ SiniStyle Design

I have no idea if this blog is considered PG or Mature, so as you can see from the title of this post I’m playing it safe.  ;)  Krius Misfit of SiniStyle Design makes the leap into serious footwear with his new Sh*t Kicker Boots.  These babies are perfect whether you do indeed need to kick some sh*t, stomp some roaches, or just hang out and complain about the government.  The uppers go to about mid-calf, and they would lace all the way up if you gave a sh*t.  But you don’t, so the laces swing free about a third of the way down.  Don’t worry, they won’t fall off and it’s more comfortable like that anyway.  You see them here in brown.  Check out the gorgeous, beat-to-sh*t detailing of the leather!  The heel is low but will give you a little extra height, essential if you need to kick the sh*t out of some sh*thead in an alley somewhere…preferably with no witnesses.

Here’s the kicker, though (ouch! please, stop me before I pun again)–the uppers and lowers of these boots are designed as separate prim attachments, so you can wear them either as boots (with the uppers) or as shoes (without the uppers).  No sh*t!  This is an excellent design choice that gives you a lot more options.  Here I’m wearing them in black without the uppers.  To me, the full boots seem to work best with shorts as wearing them with pants is problematic.  The open tops of the boots didn’t want to play well with looser pants, resulting in weird texture intersections.  I won’t say it looked like sh*t, but it didn’t seem ideal.  I did have some luck getting ultra-tight jeans look like they were tucked into the boots, but I’m not sure that look really worked for me.  Your mileage may vary.  I think these are awesome boots that work equally well as work shoes.  It’s like two great tastes that taste great together.
