New: Shaggy hairstyle @ Zero Style

Shame on me–it’s been a while since I visited Zero Style, and when I decided to make a quick visit last night I found that not only is there a new main shop I’ve never seen, it’s in the Zero Style sim.  Hair designer Rei Gully has clearly been not only busy but successful, which is great to see.  Rei’s new style “Euphoria”is a confidently executed style that’s casual and slightly shaggy.

“Euphoria” stands in fairly sharp contrast to another of Rei’s styles that I really like, “BRP.”  While “BRP” is much more formally structured and stylized (”not a hair out of place” indeed), “Euphoria” makes use of more naturalistic hair colors and textures and isn’t afraid to look casually mussed.  The turned-up ends of the long hair in back seem particularly realistic, and the single out-of-control strand up top makes me smile.  This is yet another style I wish my hair would imitate more closely in real life.  The one improvement I might wish for would be the inclusion of a few flexi strands here and there, to add some life, but that’s just me.

Rei’s hairstyles are priced at L$300 for three-color packs (Darks, Brunettes, Reds, Grays, Blondes, and Whites) or L$1000 for all 18 colors.  Just as an example, the Reds pack–which is the pack I bought for myself, I can only imagine your surprise–includes Auburn (shown here), Dark Copper and Glazed Fire.

Although some hair designers have begun to provide styles in more than one “starting point” size, only one size is included here.  Permissions are Modify / Copy / No Transfer, typical for hair.
