New: Safari casuals @ Catt’s Creations

Cattrina Careless has been designing for the women of Second Life for some time, and this week she announces her first offering for men: a line of safari-themed casual shirts and pants. She mentioned that she has found designing for men to be a new and interesting challenge, not because we’re picky or demanding but because fitting for the male form in SL is so different than fitting for the female form. “It’s something about the muscles,” she said, laughing. You’d never know she had any trouble at all creating these breezy casuals. The belted khaki pants in dark and light colors look fantastic with leather sandals, and the four different print shirts feature great natural colors and patterns. Off the shelf, the pants may feel a little tight, but all items are moddable and the fit is easily adjusted (I settled on a Pants Fit slider setting of about 25, but your mileage may vary). Here I’m wearing the Safari Khakis (Light) and the Safari Bamboo Leaves Shirt. Available upstairs at Catt’s Creations (DeShadow Isle 54, 56, 23) in three different sets: all four shirts with either dark or light khakis for L$200, or all four shirts with both dark and light khakis for L$235–such a deal!
