New: Crew Knit Shirts @ [Renegade] Clothing

Designer Kaejo DaSilva put out this week another great entry in his line of funky-casual menswear at [Renegade] Clothing.  These new Crew Knit Shirts come in six fantastic natural earthy colors:  Brick, Ochre, Olive, Sienna, Stone and Umber (all six colors are pictured at left).  They are available in tucked (shirt layer) and untucked (jacket layer) styles for L$49 for single shirts, or in a pack of twelve (all six colors, each in both styles) for L$299.  This is almost half off the price of the shirts if purchased individually, so it’s a great bargain!  The design on these shirts is simple and clean, with short sleeves that will let everyone know you’ve been working out, great texturing that appears to catch the light, plus wrinkles and folds that look amazingly natural.

Here I’m wearing the untucked (jacket layer) Crew Knit Shirt in Brick.  You can see in this picture that the untucked style also includes a designer’s tag at the bottom hem, a nice touch that makes the shirts look even more real.  Included for each single shirt in the shorter tucked style is a “bottom” piece (worn on the underwear layer) that can be used to make the tucked shirt look longer.  Note that this is not the same as simply wearing the untucked (jacket layer) style as the underwear layer bottom piece will go under your pants, giving the appearance of a longer shirt tucked into, for example, low-rise jeans.  Also, wearing this combination allows you to layer a jacket over the shirt.  This is a clever design trick, and one I don’t recall having seen before.  It may or may not be a problem for you that you won’t be able to wear underwear at the same time.
