New: Cargo shorts @ Desert Moon Clothiers

I wear cargo shorts a lot in RL.  I live in Los Angeles, so that means from spring, all through summer, and well into fall.  They’re quick, they’re comfortable, all the pockets are handy, and they can be more than reasonably attractive and stylish.  I have a lot more clothing options in SL than I do in RL, but still…good cargos are a must.  Dragontat Zagato recently released these at Desert Moon Clothiers , and they’re well worth checking out.

DT’s new cargos are available in three styles:  Desert (pictured above), Soldier (left), and Trooper (right).  The camo patterns use nicely muted colors that look realistically faded, not bright and new.  The shorts are worn on the pants layer and include prim side pockets for that bit of extra realism.

I’m cracking up over the rumply pocket flap detailing, which looks just like mine in RL–the pockets get crushed every which way after you’ve sat on the ground, rolled in and out of the car, slept in them  for all I know, and washed them a few times.   A designer’s eye for detail makes all the difference.  These are a great job all around!
