New: More men’s jewelry @ Cailyn’s

Cailyn Miller, building upon the start she made with her first batch of men’s rings, is formally announcing her new line of jewelry especially designed for men, called “For Him.” The first releases in the new line are necklaces–black leather thongs threaded with chunky silver beads. There are two versions, one with a sunburst carved pendant (pictured), and one with a talon pendant. Both come with matching bracelets.

The Silver & Black Leather Sunburst Necklace features an unusual double-strand design that looks great over casual shirts. The design on the pendant is reminiscent of artwork you might find on a compass and has realistically shiny, incised facets. The matching Silver & Black Leather Bracelet is pictured in closeup. New: Men’s rings @ Cailyn’s

This week, Cailyn Miller introduces her first men’s jewelry designs, in addition to her extensive and amazing line of women’s jewelry. You may remember from some of my previous posts that I’m something of a jewelry whore and have often lamented the relative lack of men’s jewelry in SL that is simple yet attractive, masculine but still beautiful. These new men’s rings are perfect examples of what I look for–wonderfully shiny silver with single or double lines of inset enamelled stones. Simple and completely classic. Here I am wearing the Men’s Inset Ring with a single line of blue stones; the design with a double line of aqua stones is pictured in closeup below. Also available with white, black, orange or green stones.

Available for L$100 each at Cailyn’s (Butsu 185, 177, 22). Each ring comes as a set that includes both sparkle and non-sparkle versions, so the choice–To bling or not to bling: that is the question–is entirely up to you.
