Many thanks to all for their well wishes for my mom and for me. I greatly appreciate your comments here, and also those who contacted me privately by via IM or e-mail. Although SL is a thing apart, sometimes I think we forget that, beyond the avatars, everyone is living a real life and dealing with real stuff. Rather than just disappearing or falling silent, I wanted to let people know that something real was going on. Thanks again to everyone for their concern and understanding.
It will probably be next week before I’m able to get back to “normal” inworld availability and activity. In the meantime, though, I have completed photo shoots for two Guest Style Consultants, and I can work on putting those posts together as time allows. As I said to Express last night, sometimes SL makes me crazy, sometimes it helps to keep me sane. It’s all about balance.
